Funciones:
-
Gestionan comercial de la cartera de clientes existentes de un tamaño de
-
Fidelización de las cuentas.
-
Buscar oportunidades de upsell y cross sell en estas cuentas.
-
Realizar el proceso de renovaciones de la póliza.
-
Realizar visitas de mantenimiento al cliente
-
Interlocución con los brokers que gestionan dichos clientes.
Requisitos:
-
Persona con experiencia comercial mínima de 5 años en canal B2B, preferiblemente en la venta de seguros de salud.
-
Habituado a interlocución con los responsables de RRHH.
-
Conocimientos sobre el canal de mediación.
-
Alta capacidad de interlocución, comunicación y negociación.
-
Persona habituada a generar contactos en eventos de networking.
-
Ofimática: imprescindible usuario habitual del paquete office.
-
Nivel de Inglés Alto deseable.
