Position Overview

The job profile for this position is for an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Senior Developer, Band 4.

  • Provides expert content and professional leadership on complex AEP and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering digital analytics solutions. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders and product teams. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform and digital analytics engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for new and existing Evernorth, Cigna, and Health Services digital properties.

  • Capture customer tracking information to build and monitor KPIs, including customer acquisition and retention.

  • Provide feedback to product teams on the performance of website and mobile app enhancements.

  • Setup and configure AEP Data Collection (Data Streams, Tags, Event Forwarding, Monitoring), APIs, Connections (Source and Destinations), Data Management (Schemas, Datasets), and Privacy Policies.

  • Setup and configure Adobe CJA Connections, Data Views, and Components.

  • Setup and configure Adobe Launch/Data Collection for fresh paint deployment, Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags, One Trust, marketing pixels, Mar Tech, Discover/Tealeaf, third-party tools, and Verint feedback.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in configuring and implementing AEP and CJA for large-scale digital properties.

  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, data management, and privacy policies.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide technical leadership on multiple projects.

Required Experience & Education:

  • Overall 11-13 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe tracking tools.  Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and strong API usage required.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Launch/Data Collection, Google Tag Manager.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with data streams, event forwarding, and monitoring within AEP.

  • Experience with third-party tools such as One Trust, Discover/Tealeaf, and Verint.

  • Familiarity with agile project management software such as JIRA and/or Rally.

  • Experience supporting digital analytics for healthcare, e-commerce, or financial services websites.
