Machine Learning (AI) Analyst

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Engineer who will be responsible for accelerating us on the embedded solutions(UI/API & LLM) journey for our platforms. The journey requires building foundational capabilities/patterns and enabling teams from a design, technical architecture and selecting cloud services wisely. This role required proven technology leadership with strong hands-on digital experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a strong foundation in full-stack development and have evolved into AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI domains. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Understands a program’s architecture/design, logical and physical data models.

• Design and develop an embedded application that comprises of UI, API development & integration with LLM & Python model to provide accurate recommendations.

• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Open Source, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks, to build transformative solutions.

• Understanding of AI Models, Large Language Models, and AI specialized infrastructure especially as it relates to AI trends and issues within businesses.

• Work with both open-source models (Tensorflow, Py Torch, Hugging Face Transformers) cloud solutions, internal solutions and external partners to deliver the best solutions

• Work with Product Development as a Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) subject matter expert and architect and develop scalable, resilient, ethical AI solutions.

• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.

• Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions

• Ability to work on projects independently with minimal or no oversight required.

• Examine and discover methods to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and dependability of data quality and support.

• Support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery

• Understand the Business and the Application Architecture End to End

• Participate in daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.

• Build solutions that align with responsible AI practices.

• Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work

· 3-5 years of Experience working in Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.

· Build agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.

· Integrate LLMs with legacy systems and modern cloud-native applications.

· Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Keras.

· Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as Spa Cy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.

· Develop and optimize ML models for classification, prediction, and recommendation tasks.

· Contribute to front-end and back-end development using Node.js, Python. Work with AWS services for scalable deployment of AI/ML solutions.

· Design and manage SQL Server databases and data pipelines.

· Experience in working with GenAI, agentic frameworks like OpenAI API, Lang Chain, CrewAI.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

· Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

· Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Required Experience & Education:

• Proven experience with design and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in Software engineering

• Hands-on experience engineering/developing modern on-prem/public AWS solutions, Python and LLM models.

• Willing to learn, go above and beyond attitudes.

• Experience with modern and legacy development languages.

Desired Experience:

• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Location & Hours of Work:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate

• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
