QA & Testing Senior Analyst - HIH - Evernorth at Cigna

Responsibilities

• Focus on understanding the complete application, its purpose and workflows

• Develop test plan & cases in timely manner for each feature, ensure review of test plan & cases, test results with Business, Product and Technology teams

• Develop / enhance the automation scripts in-sprint to ensure that automation scripts are upto date

• Maintain close coordination with the team members to ensure quick movement of testing

• Create and maintain performance scripts and ensure testing is periodically done

• Communicate to the team and leadership promptly on any issues

• Ensure proper tracking of all defects both prod and non-prod

• Ensure prompt participation in agile ceremonies

• Train the engineers to also update the test scripts

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Technology skillset required: Core Java, C#, Automation (Selenium, TestNG, Nunit), BDD, TDD, Python, Git, and Open Shift

• Core Java, C#, Automation (Selenium, TestNG, Nunit)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong time and project management skills.

• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM.

• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example

Required Experience & Education:

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

• 4 to 7 years of experience with 1-3 years automation development experience working in a large corporate environment

Desired Experience:

• Experience working in an Agile framework.

• Technology skillset: Cucumber, Mainframe and JAVA

• Healthcare experience

HIH-Hyderabad & Afternoon Shift (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST)
