About the Role
Cigna International Health has an exciting opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Business Development Support Manager to join our Bid Delivery Office, supporting the International Organisations Health (IOH) segment,(IGO, NGO & Government organisations)
In this role, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy—helping us win new commercial opportunities and secure client renewals by crafting compelling proposals that showcase our value to clients.
You’ll work closely with commercial teams and business stakeholders to design proposals that address client needs, and ensure our proposals stand out in a competitive market global health services. The ability to manage multiple projects and influence outcomes will make a direct impact on revenue and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal process from intake to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop bid delivery plans with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Analyse client requirements and in partnership with the commercial lead, define win themes and strategies that align with business objectives.
- Act as a conduit between sales, product, clinical and operations to define solutions for client needs, and creating compelling, client specific content in order to support overall achievement of commercial targets.
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the bid lifecycle.
- Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops, and pitch presentations.
- Oversee sign-off processes and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
- Support pipeline management and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, persuasive proposals.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in proposal management, tender coordination, or commercial support roles is an advantage.
