HIH - Software Engineering Lead Analyst at Cigna

The Senior PTP Configuration & Analysis Lead Analyst owns functional design, configuration, and solution governance across procurement, vendor management, receiving, and invoice management in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Configuration & Delivery:

• Configure MM/PTP components including purchasing, source lists, service procurement, MRP, LIV, EDI, and GR/IR processes.
• Heavy EDI Experience – customizing IDOCs, ongoing support and optimization.
• Own WRICEF functional design, test leadership, and release governance.
• Ensure global template adherence and standardized procurement controls.

Cross‑Functional Integration

• Collaborate closely with OTC, Finance (FTM), EWM, and master data teams to maintain seamless end‑to‑end processes.
• Support integrations with external suppliers and procurement systems.

Operational Leadership

• Lead production support, supplier issue resolution, and process optimization initiatives.
• Act as the senior SME for audits, compliance, and procurement governance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field OR equivalent.
• 7+ years SAP PTP/MM configuration experience with at least one full S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong expertise in purchasing, invoice management, GR/IR, account determination, and catalog/vendor management.
• Proven ability to design global process standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale distribution, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience working with automation, EDI, and procurement integrations.
• Agile/JIRA/Confluence experience
