HIH - QA & Testing Senior Analyst
Position Overview
Are you a passionate QE ready to tackle complex cloud challenges and drive quality across cutting-edge platforms? As a Senior Cloud QE, you’ll be at the forefront of validating cloud-native applications and APIs, with a strong emphasis on Go Lang environments. You’ll architect and execute robust test strategies, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards for reliability, security, and performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead Quality Initiatives: Design and implement advanced test frameworks for cloud-based applications, focusing on Go Lang microservices and distributed systems.

API & Data Validation: Test APIs for correctness, reliability, and seamless integration; validate IMS data replication from mainframe to cloud.

Performance & Security: Monitor latency, optimize network bandwidth, and enforce data encryption and compliance (HIPAA, etc.).

CI/CD Integration: Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery.

Collaboration: Partner with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Mentorship: Guide junior testers, foster knowledge sharing, and champion best practices across teams.

Documentation: Maintain clear records of test results, defects, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Required Skills: Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
-
Deep experience with cloud data platforms (preferably AWS) and cloud testing.
-
Hands-on with Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies.
-
Proficient in data observability & monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).
-
Strong background in business requirement analysis, test design, defect tracking.
-
Agile/Scrum experience with tools like Jira, Rally.
-
Proven track record testing large-scale enterprise applications.
-
3–5 years in software engineering or equivalent.
-
Willingness to learn and push boundaries.
-
Experience with modern testing tools and frameworks.
Bonus: Healthcare domain experience, especially in Disease Management.
Required Experience & Education:

Proven experience with Testing,of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
-
College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
-
3-5 years of experience in Software engineering
-
Willing to learn, go above and beyond attitudes.
-
Experience with modern and Testing tools
Desired Experience:
- Healthcare experience including Disease Management
