WE WELCOME SECURITY ENGINEERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO MAKE THE MOVE INTO THE SALES ARENA.

SALARY: up to €60,000 per annum OTE €90,000 + Uncapped

What You’ll be Doing as a Sales Executive

As a key member of our sales force, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Selling a comprehensive range of security products and services to business clients across Leinster
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for installations, gross margin, and recurring revenue
  • Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Leading demand-generation efforts and building a robust sales pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle—from initial enquiry to successful delivery—ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless service and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records to support strategic planning

What We Would Like You to Bring

We want someone who thrives on challenge and is passionate about delivering results. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the security or technology sector OR Security engineering experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to account management and business development
  • The ability to work independently and travel within your territory
  • Commitment to compliance, safety, and ethical standards
  • Full Driving Licence
