About the role

Summary: We are seeking a UKG Payroll & Passport Workforce Support Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to provide production support and functional expertise for UKG Payroll and Passport Workforce (field time & attendance).

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily production support for the UKG Payroll system and Passport Workforce to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and accurate time and attendance information.
  • Manage incident resolution and troubleshooting for payroll exceptions.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data and ensure compliance with statutory rules.
  • Support payroll cycle activities including pre-run checks, pay register checks, retro calculations and payroll reporting.
  • Monitor and resolve Passport time and attendance exceptions to ensure compliance and clean data input for payroll
  • Ensure seamless data flows between Passport Workforce and UKG Payroll systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve data mapping or transfer errors
  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing in UKG and Passport environments
  • Engage in user support, training, and knowledge transfer for end users and HR/payroll teams
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–6 years of experience supporting UKG Payroll and time/attendance related systems (UKG/WFM or Passport Workforce).
  • Solid understanding of payroll processing cycles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with workforce time capture, scheduling, exceptions, and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management / Time & Attendance features that reduce payroll errors and support automated time capture
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UKG Pro – Payroll and Passport time attendance systems.
  • ITIL or structured support process experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and participate in root-cause analysis
