Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused Customer Service Administrator to support our operations team. This role is central to the business and will suit someone who enjoys coordinating people, juggling priorities, and providing excellent service to customers.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and internal teams
  • Strong worth ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with scheduling or job management systems is an advantage)
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service or scheduling roles preferred

CRITICAL RESULTS:

  • Schedule, book and coordinate technician jobs and daily work schedules
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure jobs are planned, updated and completed efficiently
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Prepare, collate and distribute service reports and documentation
  • Provide project administration support, including job tracking and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as required

Environment, Health & Safety

  • To comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
  • Responsible for performing an assessment of risk of his/her work activities, taking corrective action and preventative actions as necessary, properly using and maintaining assigned control measures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Responsible for immediately reporting all incident (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc…), hazardous conditions and emergencies to his/her supervisor
  • To report to his/her supervisor any conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
  • To participate in EH&S training programs and will take personal responsibility for his/her own safety.
  • Actively support (and in the case of managers lead) the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans
  • Recommend improved EH&S practices
