Chubb Ireland Fire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer based out of our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, fault finding, and minor corrective works on a range of life safety systems including Fire Alarm & Detection, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems. This role will cover Dublin.

SALARY: Up to €65K (DoE) + On call + Overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits in accordance with service schedules and contractual requirements
  • Inspect, test, service, and maintain: Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Emergency Lighting systems, Gas Detection systems and Disabled Refuge / Emergency Voice Communication systems
  • Diagnose faults efficiently and undertake first-fix repairs where possible
  • Identify non-compliances, equipment defects, end-of-life issues, and system performance concerns, and clearly communicate findings to the customer and internal teams
  • Produce accurate service documentation, test records, deficiency reports, and recommendations following each visit
