• Develop skills and serve as a Profit and Loss (P&L) leader, acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and other Branch Leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives
• Participate in technical and business rotations
• Analyze data and prepare actionable reports
• Conduct research to support decision-making
• Support branch projects and company-wide objectives
• Attend workshops and professional development sessions
• Assist in policy development and implementation
• Manage special projects and prepare presentations
