The Role

Based at our Jandakot Monitoring Centre, you’ll be part of a 24/7 operation that manages alarm events and coordinates timely responses for customers across multiple states.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and respond to fire alarm events and inbound/outbound calls.

  • Liaise with customers, emergency services, technicians, security guards and facility managers.

  • Complete accurate administrative tasks covering all facets of alarm monitoring.

  • Log after‑hours job requests and schedule/dispatch technician jobs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment.

  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

  • Calm, professional manner with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

Roster, Status & Pay

  • Full‑time, award‑based (Clerks Private Sector Award).

  • Rotating 4‑on/4‑off, 12‑hour shifts (four days, four off, four nights, four off).

  • Projected earnings $72,000–$82,000 per year.
