Are you a proven service sales leader with deep experience in the fire sprinkler industry? Do you thrive on building high‑performing teams, transforming commercial performance, and driving growth across service contracts and small works? If so, this is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a newly created Service Sales division at Vipond (Part of Chubb Fire and Security).

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Service Sales to take ownership of our service sales strategy, elevate our quoting performance, and strengthen customer relationships across a large and diverse portfolio. This is a high‑impact leadership role with clear objectives, strong executive sponsorship, and the scope to make a significant difference from day one.

What You’ll Lead & Deliver

  • Build the Service Sales division, establishing processes, SLAs, and a culture of commercial excellence.
  • Eliminate the current quote backlog and maintain SLA compliance for all fire sprinkler and mechanical service quotes.
  • Execute succession planning, ensuring zero unplanned attrition across top‑50 accounts.
  • Grow service revenue by expanding the service contract base and increasing pull‑through of small works, remedial works, and system upgrades.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and developing a high‑performing service sales team with strong technical and commercial capability.
  • Supporting and developing the team.
  • Overseeing bids, proposals, and customer engagement across fire sprinkler and mechanical services.
  • Ensuring quoting accuracy, compliance, and turnaround times aligned with industry standards
  • Driving pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and margin protection.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, consultants, insurers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with operations, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless service and commercial growth.
  • Deliver fast, priority‑based quotations on time.
  • Clear aged work‑in‑progress.
  • Increase quoting productivity, improve win rates, and lift average quote value.
  • Grow revenue by driving service and small works
  • Lead smooth account transitions, ensuring strong customer satisfaction throughout.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler service sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, maintenance regimes, remedial works, and compliance standards.
  • A track record of growing service contract portfolios and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A data‑driven approach with strong CRM and pipeline management capability.
  • The ability to build trust with customers and inspire confidence across internal teams.
