Summary

The General Building Maintenance Technician will conduct basic repairs to buildings in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other related trades.

Responsibilities

- Assist Maintenance Technicians as needed

- Inspect air conditioning units and change filters as needed

- Replace burned out lamps, sockets and ballast to lighting fixtures

- Perform various carpentry work as needed such as building and installing partitions, door frame jams and hardware

- Perform basic plumbing repairs (clogs and leaks) on toilets and sinks as needed

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Follow Chobani safety procedures

- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

Requirements

- At least one year of experience in building, construction trades or a similar environment

High school diploma with some additional training in plumbing, carpentry, masonry, building electrical fields and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range for this full-time position is $25.50 - [cust_onetenpermidpay], + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
