We’re looking for someone to lead one of our key accounts: Soriana—a role that combines strategic thinking, strong commercial execution, and close collaboration to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What will you do in this role?

You will be responsible for the commercial strategy and execution for Soriana, driving profitable growth and ensuring strong in-store presence.

Day to day, you will:

• Lead the commercial relationship with Soriana (Híper, Súper and Mercado formats)
• Develop and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP)
• Negotiate promotions, pricing, displays, and commercial agreements
• Track key KPIs such as sell out, inventory levels, and in-store execution
• Work closely with Supply, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams
• Identify growth opportunities across portfolio, assortment, and pricing

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 2–5 years of experience as a KAM / KAE in retail autoservicio (FMCG)
• Experience managing accounts such as Soriana or similar retailers
• Strong experience in direct negotiation with buyers
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs (sell out, inventory, forecast, in-store execution)
• Intermediate-Advanced English

The salary range for this full-time position is $681,754.00 - $1,071,328.50, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
