WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)
• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture
• Passion for team development and leading through others
• A laser-like focus on the guest experience
• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
• A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $79,000.00–$112,000.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
