Chewy is seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Dropship Operations team as an Associate Instock Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Dropship organization through vendor management, order management, and ensuring product availability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, develop analytical skills, and contribute to the success of our e-commerce business.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve instock rates, forecasting accuracy, and on-time shipment rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
• Assist in writing and preparing business documents and reports
• Help automate manual tasks and develop scalable solutions to streamline processes
• Communicate issues, changes in priorities, and updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or related fields such as buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance, or marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid time, data, and organizational management abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; a self-starter who delivers results
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese

A Plus If You Have

• Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques
• Experience with e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
