Are you looking for more than just a job? At Chewy, you’ll find yourself on a career path with other awesome humans, like yourself. You’ll be part of a culture that values everything that you do, who you are, and the goals you have set for your career. As a Rebate Analyst, you will play a key role in the vendor rebate program, which contributes approximately $2 billion to the business. You will partner with cross-functional teams, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of rebate processes. What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in period-end close tasks and external and internal audit deliverables related to vendor rebates

  • Support the validation and analysis of rebate calculations to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

  • Develop and maintain reports to track rebate metrics, accruals, and variances.

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and merchandising teams to ensure rebate accuracy.

  • Assist in data validation and audit processes related to rebate programs.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for rebate operations.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 0-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or rebate support roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Understanding of rebate accounting, contract compliance, and accruals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large datasets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
