  • Oversee regional learning resources, workforce planning, and execution strategies to ensure sustainable support for business growth and changing operational needs.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of learning initiatives, using insights to influence decision-making and drive results.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale learning programs, organizational change efforts, or workforce development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, training governance, and blended learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership skills.
