At Chewy, you’ll be part of a culture that values everything that you do, who you are, and the goals you have set for your career. In this role, you will join Chewy’s dynamic Supply Chain Planning team as a Co-Op, where you'll collaborate with experts in network design, demand planning, and operations to tackle real-world supply chain challenges. You will use your technical and analytical skills to uncover insights, develop solutions, and deliver impact through data. This opportunity will immerse you in the core functions that power Chewy’s operational success, and give you a chance to learn and grow in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with peers to design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key Sales and Operational Planning decisions.

  • Collaborate with teams including network/topology planning, capacity planning, inventory placement, customer experience, and backlog management to continuously optimize fulfillment efficiency.

  • Analyze demand and resource requirements to identify risks and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to address resource constraints.

  • Deliver updates on Supply Chain Planning metrics to all levels of the organization through verbal presentations and written reports.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to extract, transform, and load data using SQL and other platforms.

  • Apply standard processes in reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity, validation, and documentation.

  • Investigate problems at their root while maintaining an understanding of the broader operational context.

  • Respond to high-priority requests from senior business leaders with timely, actionable insights.

  • Continuously improve existing processes by automating or simplifying self-service reporting capabilities.

What You'll Need

  • Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027.

  • Deep technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter with comfort working through ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong expertise in SQL, with experience querying databases and optimizing data retrieval processes.

  • Proficiency in Python programming for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, with the ability to build interactive dashboards.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and visualization.

  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for the full duration of the co-op: June 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026.

Bonus

  • Prior internship or co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analytics.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools such as Snowflake or AWS.

  • Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, or fulfillment processes.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The hourly range for this role is $27.00.
