About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Readiness & Deployment (BR&D) Product Owner.This role will be based in6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Finance Business Readiness & Deployment (BR&D) Product Owner role supports Chevron’s Digital Core (SAP S/4HANA) transformation by ensuring Finance stakeholders are prepared, trained, and supported for go-live across multiple releases. The role integrates Deployment execution and Behavioral Change Management (BCM) to drive business adoption while protecting business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute elements of Finance BR&D activity, serving as a key link between enterprise Digital Core strategy and Finance functional execution.

  • Coordinate Finance-facing deployment activities (cutover, testing, hypercare, etc) with stakeholders. Help manage deployment plans, T‑minus schedules, readiness metrics, change management strategies, communication plans, training programs, and leader activation approaches.

  • Build alignment across Digital Core Finance sub-teams and other cross-functional teams for workshops, stakeholder engagements, and deployment plans to maximize output and set expectations. Maintain clear communication channels throughout project work.

  • Work closely with stakeholder Finance Business Functional Leads (Business, GBS, Corp Fin) and ensure relevant Digital Core information is cascaded accurately and effectively into organizations.

About You

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting

  • Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing

  • Strong understanding of Chevron Finance operations (especially GBS Manila) to connect Digital Core solutions to how work gets done, enabling effective user adoption.

  • Visible Digital Core advocate and ambassador across GBS Manila, actively engaging people and leaders, involving the right partners, maintaining strong ties to the central program, and enabling execution through broad organizational connection.

  • Effective communicator who translates complex, technical change into clear, business friendly messages and builds trust through strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Proven collaborator and high caliber coordinator who aligns cross-functional, global, and matrixed teams while managing a high volume of parallel activities, inputs, and dependencies.

  • Enterprise transformation practitioner who drives readiness and adoption through a positive, and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced, multi-release environment.

  • Willingness to work flexibly to support global teams as required, including reasonable overlap with US hours (not full off-hours coverage).
