CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Associate. This role will be based in6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide North America Lubricants marketers with practical business solutions through
• experience, networking and effective problem-solving techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while executing work in the areas of account set up and maintenance, customer facing order-to-cash digital platforms, purchasing reconciliations, resolving billing disputes, case activity management
• Act as first point of contact for transitioning marketers to the appropriate solution providers
• Act as a resource to Lubricants Business Consultants responsible for the profit and loss of accounts and will be relied on to provide business process knowledge and partner with the Credit and Tax teams, as needed
