About the position:
- Chevron invites applications for the role of SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Application Engineer within global ERP organization. Successful candidates will join a successful multifunction workforce of SAP resources providing business services and solutions across the globe. We are seeking candidates experienced in managing and implementing SAP S4Hana Enterprise Asset Management and/or related extensions (like Utopia) to join our ERP scrum teams. These teams develop and maintain SAP solutions and collaborate with different product teams. Join our team and work in an Agile environment with a primary focus on maintaining the application and optimizing evergreen support through configuration, automation, and integration. The expectation for this role is 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and govern asset management data across SAP and related digital platforms.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data migration and integration.

Develop and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices.

Support digital core projects, including design, build, and handoff sessions.

Provide data analysis and insights to improve operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.

SAP MDG-EAM specific responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP MDG-EAM for master data domains.

Design and manage MDG workflows for data validation and approvals.

Implement data quality rules and governance processes.

Monitor and resolve MDG-related errors and inconsistencies.

Collaborate with functional teams to align MDG processes with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP Asset Management and digital core systems.

Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) including configuration and workflow design.

Experience in data governance, data modelling, and integration.

Proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale S/4HANA digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and emerging technologies.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
