Chevron Belgium is currently looking for a Business Development Manager – International Lubricants Sales to support growth across Central Asia, with a strong focus on Industrial and Mining sectors.
About the Role
As part of the Global Lubricants organization, you will play a critical role in delivering profitable and sustainable growth across Central Asia markets.
You will operate within a hybrid commercial model, leading distributor-driven expansion while selectively developing direct strategic opportunities—particularly in mining applications.
This role requires a combination of commercial leadership, technical credibility, and strategic execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Drive revenue, margin, and NOI growth across Central Asia markets

Win new business in industrial and mining segments while expanding existing accounts

Lead end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting

Strengthen distributor network performance and expand market coverage

Develop senior relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
-
Ensure pricing discipline, commercial governance, and margin integrity
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions
Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales within lubricants, oil & gas, or industrial sectors

Strong exposure to Industrial and Mining markets is highly preferred
-
Solid understanding of lubrication solutions and application-based selling
-
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities
-
Strong track record working with distributor-led business models

Languages:
English (mandatory)
Russian (mandatory)
German or Dutch (advantage)
