Chevron operates through two subsidiaries in the Philippines. Our Downstream company is Chevron Philippines Inc. We also operate a business processes support organization through Chevron Holdings Inc.
There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).
CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About the Role
The GBS SCM Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to GBS SCM leadership. This role enables efficient day‑to‑day operations by managing schedules, meetings, communications, and events. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, event support, electronic file maintenance, office supply ordering, and expense processing.
- Act as a key point of contact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the supported leader.
Meetings, Events & Communications
- Coordinate meetings, town halls, logistics, and catering requirements.
- Support employee network groups, engagement activities, and internal events as needed.
Business & Project Support
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, including tracking action items and coordinating inputs.
- Perform other administrative or operational tasks to support the GBS SCM Manager and leadership team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Share Point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a global audience.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, proactive, responsive, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and take on project‑based work for professional development.
- Experience with Travel and Expense Tool and other SCM systems.
- Experience supporting senior leaders
