Provides financial leadership to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts, strengthen cost discipline, and support leadership decision‑making through clear, timely performance insights.
Job Description:

Advise the Cost Performance team’s day‑to‑day activities to deliver high‑quality budgets and rolling forecasts that support the Corporate Business Plan and Joint Venture submissions.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling disciplined cost planning, clear visibility, and proactive management of risks and opportunities.
-
Drive strong financial stewardship by prioritizing work, setting clear expectations, and developing team capability through coaching and mentoring.
-
Ensure forecast accuracy and 100% on‑time delivery of budgets, forecasts, and JV requirements.
-
Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate Value of Work Done (WOWD), timely cost recognition, and meaningful analysis against plan and forecast.

Establish and maintain clear standards for progress measurement, assumptions, and governance to ensure data integrity and transparency.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including digital and process enhancements, to strengthen predictability and business value.

Provide timely, insightful management reporting that turns financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
-
5 years of relevant work experience.
-
SAP experience is an advantage, Excel experience required.
-
Excellent English – writing and verbal skills.
-
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.

Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and highest level of integrity.

Highly motivated with ability to learn quickly.

Attention to details and problem-solving ability.

Team player.

The position is based in Israel and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in Israel.
