May 15that11: 59 p.m.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Manage ACPP / STARS initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics, including ownership of requests, coordination of approvals, and follow‑up through closure.

Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across procurement and contracting activities by acting as a liaison between Logistics, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams.

Compliance support: prepare and submit STARS requests, follow them until approval and ensure the transactions are properly reported through the system. Ensure STARS reconciliation is performed and properly documented.

Perform Due Diligence for transactions that involved non-U.S. officials.

Support in the execution of the annual contracting plan.

Review of scope of work and compensation schedules. Supplier’s information for due diligence: HES / compliance / Information Protection and finance capabilities.

Sourcing Process: support in the preparation of tender packages; prepare assessment for tender evaluation.

Support in the contract assembly draft. Once contract is approved manage SCM system updates (catalog price, system approvals)

Post award contract process: Monitor contracts (spend, expiration dates, communications); Execute reports and spend trends.

Track execution, milestones, and timelines for SCM and logistics initiatives, including ETA updates and action follow‑up to support planning and execution visibility.

Support audit readiness and closure, including documentation review and follow‑up for internal, corporate, and external regulatory audits.

Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing by supporting meetings, updates, and guidance related to SCM compliance and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least a two year degree in technical (Legal, O&G, Logistics or Engineering) or administration areas.
- Must be proficient in English. Written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Teamwork and customer service focus (capacity to provide response to several end users).
- Experience with any SCM ERP system.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in procurement of materials.
- SCM knowledge-experience with supply chain practices.
- Unit price analysis / Cost management
- Analytic and proficient in digital tools (Microsoft software, Power Bi, power apps)

Relocation may be considered.
International Considerations:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
