What the job involves We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst, Incentives & Commercial Reporting to join our growing team in Ebene, Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager of Incentives & Commercial Reporting, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial performance, executing the data workflows that ensure our global sales teams are incentivized correctly and our revenue insights are flawless.

You will own the day-to-day execution of complex datasets, build and maintain crucial dashboards, and calculate the commercial compensation that drives our frontline teams. This is a role for a naturally curious problem-solver who loves digging into the numbers to find the truth and automate away friction.

What you will be doing

• Incentive Execution: Calculate, audit, and administer commercial compensation and bonus plans. You will dive deep into the data to ensure every payout is accurate, transparent, and delivered on time.

• Data Investigation & Reporting: Maintain the commercial reporting cadence. You will extract and manipulate raw data to build an unvarnished view of business performance, helping to move the needle from estimation to predictability. #No Room For Approximation

• Dashboarding & Tech Stack Utilization: Leverage Big Query, Looker, and advanced Google Sheets to build and maintain the dashboards that act as our single source of truth.

• Process Optimization: Identify manual bottlenecks in our current reporting workflows and help architect automated, scalable solutions. You won't just report the data; you will improve how it flows.

• Strategic Support: Partner closely with your Manager and the wider Revenue Operations team to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Commercial Leaders. #One Team

About you

• Data-Driven Problem Solver: You have 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue/Sales Operations, Finance, or a similarly analytical role within a fast-paced environment.

• Quantitative Foundation: You hold a qualification in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or another highly quantitative degree.

• Technical Chops: You possess strong, practical exposure to Big Query (SQL) for extracting and manipulating large datasets, alongside experience building visualizations in Looker.

• Spreadsheet Master: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets is non-negotiable. You are highly comfortable with complex formulas, large data sets, and financial modeling.

• Detail-Obsessed Storyteller: You have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to look at a raw dataset and pinpoint exactly where the anomalies or opportunities lie.

• Adaptable & Fast-Moving: You thrive in an environment where priorities shift and you are comfortable with ambiguity. You pivot quickly to maintain momentum and deliver results. #Pace Matters
