How You’ll Make an Impact

During this Graduate Program, you will build foundational technical and problem-solving skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute directly to our mission.

  • Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management: Serve as a first responder for alerts from our sophisticated monitoring systems, analyzing and troubleshooting issues across our cloud (AWS) and on-premise (Cisco) infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Operations: Take ownership of incidents, working with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues and prevent recurrence.

  • Automation & Efficiency: Utilize and contribute to our Infrastructure-as-Code practices, with opportunities to work with tools like Terraform to automate responses and deployments.

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with Engineering, Security, and Application Support teams to ensure swift resolution of any service-impacting events.

  • Process Improvement: Adhere to and help refine our ITSM and operational processes, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of service delivery and availability within our SLAs.

  • Global Impact: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business during incidents and provide clear, concise updates.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Team

You’re a curious, motivated, and innovative technology enthusiast, excited to dive into the world of digital payments and technical operations.

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a strong asset.

  • Graduated by July 2026 or have graduated within the last 2 years.

  • While we welcome promising fresh graduates. Foundational knowledge of cloud technologies is essential; Certifications in AWS would be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Cisco environments is a plus.

  • Exposure to or a strong desire to learn Infrastructure-as-Code principles and tools like Terraform.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac OS environments.

  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

  • A deep-seated curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global technology company.

  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous global operations.
