Company Description
We’re Checkout.com – you might not know our name, but companies like eBay, ASOS, Klarna, Uber Eats, and Sony do. That moment when you check out online? We make it happen.
Checkout.com is where the world checks out. Our global network powers billions of transactions every year, making money move without making a fuss. We spent years perfecting a service most people will never notice. Because when digital payments just work, businesses grow, customers stay, and no one stops to think about why.
With 19 offices spanning six continents, we feel at home everywhere – but London is our HQ. Wherever our people work their magic, they’re fast-moving, performance-obsessed, and driven by being better every day. Ideal. Because a role here isn’t just another job; it’s a career-defining opportunity to build the future of fintech.
As a Product Partnership Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Merchant Operations organization is fully prepared to support our merchants with new product releases and enhancements. You’ll act as a vital link between our Product, Engineering, and Merchant Operations teams, facilitating communication, ensuring teams are equipped for success, and championing merchant and Merchant Operations needs in driving continuous improvements in processes and product design.
What you will be doing:
-
Represent the Merchant Operations team in the ongoing relationship with Checkout’s Product department, defining requirements for new product releases and enhancements
-
Partner with the Merchant Operations leadership team to regularly update the roadmap for enhancements to Merchant Operations tooling, and advocate for such roadmap with Checkout’s Product managers
-
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing crucial input on supportability, usability, and potential pain points from our internal Operations users perspective
-
Collaborate with Product Managers on product launches: conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations
-
Stay abreast of customer trends & requirements, competitor products, and market shifts
About you:
-
In-depth knowledge of product development processes and support operations.
-
You understand the complexities of bringing new products to market and the importance of seamless support
-
Demonstrated experience in supportability, product readiness, or customer advocacy roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
-
You're passionate about advocating for user needs and ensuring a positive support experience
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. You can effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships
-
Expertise in data analysis to extract trends and insights (i.e INDEX MATCH, SQL skills, Pivot tables)
-
Strong project management capabilities for coordinating readiness activities and ensuring deadlines are met
-
Payments industry experience is a plus, but not required
