Enhance, maintain and provide technical support for the business team supporting Customer monitoring for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). Role will include migration from current on-prem application to a vendor hosted SaaS implementation. Provide system administrator duties including application monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting.
- Develops CDD/EDD solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support
- Enhances processes to ensure legal and ethical data compliance
- Innovates solutions that strengthen incident response and mitigate outcomes
- Generates effective QA testing solutions that boost operational performance and product integrity
What you have Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in CDD/EDD
- 2+ years' experience in both on-prem and SaaS verions of the Actimize CDD-x vendor software.
- 2+ years' experience IICS ETL experience
- 2+ years' experience SQL and Data Warehousing fundamentals
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues using best practices to support live applications
- Prioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systems
- Executes strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions
- Addresses QA challenges by applying best practices in testing and compliance
- Validates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operations
- Monitors and addresses security policy violations using best practices
- Resolves software design challenges using predictive and adaptive methods
- Applies best practices to build, test, and validate software components while resolving issues
- Consolidates software changes into secure, stable releases using best practices
- Ensures systems align with cloud architectures using modern design methodologies
