About The Role
Shape the Visual Expression of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty.
As a Visual Merchandising Executive, you will support the Visual Merchandising function within the Fragrance & Beauty division, ensuring elevated, consistent, and inspiring visual execution across boutiques and counters in Hong Kong. As part of the Visual Merchandising & Store Planning team, the role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate global and regional visual guidelines into compelling retail expressions—from campaign launches to daily execution. With a strong eye for detail and an understanding of local market dynamics, this role contributes to CHANEL’s retail excellence and the evolution of the client experience.
What Impact You Can Create At CHANEL:

Execute visual merchandising set-ups across boutiques and counters according to global and regional guidelines.

Lead end-to-end VM implementation with local teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Support podium applications, installations, animations, and key campaign moments.

Prepare VM reporting and documentation for tracking and follow-up.

Monitor VM SPM forecasts and maintain monthly renewal trackers.

Contribute to VM training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

2–4 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury visual merchandising.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, visual design tools, and Microsoft Office.
