Your Role @ CHANEL
As an Internal Audit Manager – Data Analytics, you will deliver high‑impact, data‑driven assurance and insights across CHANEL’s operations, helping to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls. Based in Hong Kong SAR and reporting to the Senior Manager – IT Audit, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders while maintaining strategic alignment with the wider Internal Audit function.
You will lead audits end‑to‑end, embedding advanced data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness, improve coverage, and support continuous auditing initiatives across Finance, Technology, People & Organisation, Divisions, and Markets. Operating in a global luxury retail environment, you will partner with senior leaders, coach team members, and contribute to innovative, technology‑enabled audit solutions that support CHANEL’s objectives and standards of excellence.

What you will bring

You bring strong experience in internal audit, data analytics, and risk management, ideally in an international environment, with exposure to Big Four or in‑house audit functions. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or luxury sectors is highly valued.

You combine analytical expertise with sound business judgement, enabling you to assess complex processes, identify risks, and deliver practical solutions. You are skilled in building automated dashboards, KPIs, and reports that highlight trends and control gaps.

You have hand-on experience with business and database applications including Microsoft AX, warehouse management systems, point of sales systems, Oracle, MS SQL, and data lakes. You bring expertise in data analytics and visualisation tools such as ACL, Power BI, Tableau, Python and SQL, and experience with robotic process automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is a plus.

Professional qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Certified Data Scientist (CDS), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will also set you apart, as will experience with audits of IT environments, technology implementations, and/or ERP systems.

Minimum 5 years development and coding experience with 2-3 years in data analysis, professional level (Big Four or commercial internal audit) experience is a Plus

Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Statistics, or similar field

Willing to travel up to 30%
