Your role @ Chanel:

As a Watch & Fine Jewelry Specialist, your role will be to help maximize and support all sales opportunities while maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will also create strong client relationships by collaborating with Fashion Advisors, help to build brand and customer loyalty through excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

• Create a luxurious experience for all clients by asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences before presenting products.

• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities. This includes all categories of the division including High-end watches and High Jewelry.

• Be able to act as the Watch and Fine Jewelry expert when collaborating with Fashion Advisors who are introducing WFJ pieces to their clients.

• Maintain an awareness of Company and Boutique sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals set.

• Collaborate with team members to support local events.

• Complete any necessary administration, adhering to set procedures and policies as appropriate.

• Assist with regular stock level checks and ensure a high level of aftersales care through attentive follow-up.

• Establish and maintain sufficient knowledge of current merchandising guidelines as well as the ability to always maintain set standards.

What you will bring to the role:

• 3+ years of Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

• Knowledge of operational standards and tasks.

• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential).

• Professional presentation and behaviour.
