Senior Event Design Professional

Job Mission:

• Achieve highest output in all F&BP event projects.
• Lead event projects to ensure brand presence, drive sales, and enhance exceptional customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage FBP events as a project manager.
• Propose new image of Chanel event / make the event impactful and iconic / Beyond design guideline, develop design that can match with Local & TR customer targeted experience.
• Engage into negotiation process to have premium location and conditions for the event.
• Within 360 action plans, achieve successful result in terms of traffic, sales, new recruitment, registration, social buzz: iWOM, Chanel Code download, etc.
• Prepare a project launch package (Business Brief, site survey information, design and construction guidelines, etc.) and launch the project with the relevant steak holders.
• Manage and improve construction drawings and contractor quotes.
• Manage the bidding process to ensure that projects can be carried out within budget, on a schedule, and in line with Chanel’s quality standards.
• Manage the quality control of production and supervise installation and construction on the site.
• Review suitability for event locations and continuously manage maintenance after event installation.
• Make and share project progress report & completion report with relevant teams.
• Prepare event opening guideline.
• Supervision of procurement import materials for all projects and maintain a high level of accuracy in forecasting.

Role Specifications: Academic / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above related design major
• Architecture / interior major preferred
• Cosmetic Industry experience preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail design and construction with direct involvement in strategic store planning

Required Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of MS software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Working knowledge of Graphic & Drafting software (Photoshop, Illustrator, sketchup, AutoCAD)
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
