ABOUT THE CONTEXT

The D365 “HERO” Program is a multi-year global transformation in Finance & Operations, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. HERO’s ambition is to harmonize multiple regional ERPs worldwide while respecting divisional operating models and métier specificities.

In Europe, HERO includes the creation of a new Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, designed to simplify operations, improve efficiency, and ensure business continuity in a context of major transformation.

As part of this journey, you will join the F&B Europe Operations team – O2C team and report to RPO O2C. As Regional Process Lead – F&B Sales, you will be a key actor in shaping and securing the transformation of the O2C processs on Sales processes ensuring its performance and its alignment with HERO and other large-scale European transformation initiatives. Your scope will include processes related to replenishment of boutiques and wholesale partners for product & SPM, campaign execution, quotas and assortments management, integration with partners and tools supporting commercial teams & marketing teams as sales force tool & SPM management.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of O2C Sales & commercial processes within the HERO Program, covering activities from boutique and wholesale replenishment in alignment with ERP system capabilities and local market needs

  • Act as guarantor of end-to-end sales process performance, embedding both CHANEL’s strategic ambitions and market best.

  • Pilot a transversal team of functional experts in different business teams supported by external consultants.

  • Ensure alignment across Finance, Sales O2C, R2R, IT, Procurement, wholesale & marketing domain and Supply stakeholders – at division, global and local levels.

  • Anticipate and escalate risks to the RPO, securing alignment with the domain’s strategic roadmap.

  • Promote and safeguard local business specificities within global governance.

  • Contribute to one of the Group’s most ambitious transformation programs with direct impact on Europe’s operational model.

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT, enabling a shared vision of enterprise-wide processes for replenishment, campaign execution, and wholesale sales flows.

  • Drive simplification, efficiency, and continuity in O2C Sales operations, including the use of sales force tools and EDI integration, during a period of significant organizational change.

  • Influence and align stakeholders across divisions and geographies, securing coherence between global standards and local realities.

  • Strengthen adoption of new ways of working through constructive participation in governance and change initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or transformation leadership within complex international environments (including wholesale and boutique distribution).

  • Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs (preferably D365).

  • Strong expertise in O2C and end-to-end sales processes, covering replenishment, campaigns, quotas, assortments, and wholesale flows.

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence constructively.

  • Experience in transversal leadership, governance, and managing external consultants across deployment.

  • Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
