About the role

F&B Forecast Intern:

The Fragrance and Beauty division asserts its uniqueness through a promise: revealing the beauty of each woman in her most singular form through her perfume, make-up and skincare products. This philosophy is largely inherited from Mademoiselle Chanel, who has always worked to assert her own independence and that of all women.

As part of the Swiss Markets Region Forecasting team, you will contribute to the definition of sales forecasts and support supply chain decision-making across key markets including Brazil, India, Mexico, Switzerland, Latin America, and Travel Retail Americas.

Your work will directly contribute to key business and supply chain decisions in a complex, multi-market environment, with close exposure to S&OP discussions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Sales Planning & Forecasting:

  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

  • Contribute to the definition of sales forecasts for product launches and novelties

  • Support local markets in building robust forecasts by analyzing stocks, orders and sell-through across all distribution channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce)

  • Participate in the monthly demand planning cycle by reviewing baseline forecasts and adjusting statistical trends

  • Analyze campaign and sell-in performance to identify risks and opportunities

Supply Planning

  • Contribute to allocation decisions in line with regional priorities and supply constraints

  • Monitor ordering plans and proactively address supply challenges by proposing practical solutions

Business Support & Coordination:

  • Share market insights and specificities with global stakeholders

  • Support the preparation of key meetings (S&OP, business reviews) and contribute to ad hoc analyses and projects

WHAT WE ARE WAITING FROM YOU:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory internship agreement required)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

  • Interest in the Fragrance & Beauty and luxury environment

  • Proficiency in Excel and good command of data tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural context

  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

  • Organized, proactive and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset

Job Information:

  • Full-time internship (100%), on-site in Geneva
