This role is responsible for proactively ensuring that we have access to the critical capabilities needed for the future and for attracting high-caliber candidates who will drive our ongoing success. By integrating expertise across North Asia, building robust talent pipelines, and strengthening our leadership bench, the Head of Talent Acquisition will ensure we are positioned to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will leverage an external perspective and operational discipline to maintain consistency and strong governance, while fostering a dynamic talent acquisition community focused on sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Executive Search & Talent Pipelining:
- Lead executive hiring across North Asia, building strong pipelines, and securing critical appointments.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with search firms and external talent partners to strengthen delivery.
- Build strategic leadership pipelines in partnership with talent management and development teams.
- In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, strengthen CHANEL’s employer brand to attract top executive talent.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Define executive hiring strategy for North Asia in line with business priorities.
- Drive talent acquisition priorities across local markets, adapting approaches to business needs.
- Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Partner with local and global teams to evolve talent acquisition approaches that support growth.
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the P&O community.
Talent Acquisition Governance & Leadership:
- Champion with consistent, high-quality executive hiring experience across North Asia.
- Strengthen the Talent Acquisition community through collaboration and shared best practices.
- Represent North Asia Talent Acquisition in global forums and help shape future solutions.
- Strengthen hiring effectiveness through disciplined systems and data practices.
Strategic Partnerships & Talent Insights:
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Enable workforce planning through stakeholder alignment and strategic insight.

- Deep knowledge of regional talent markets, search partners, and hiring dynamics across diverse cultures.
- Proven track record of delivering senior and leadership hiring across critical business functions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, credible communication.
- Builds trusted partnerships and works effectively across business, HR, and external stakeholders.
- Brings a strategic and commercially grounded approach to talent acquisition.
- Uses data, process discipline, and technology to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
- Demonstrates strong digital fluency, harnessing technology and insight-led approaches to streamline processes, elevate decision-making, and enhance hiring effectiveness.
