In Fashion network, where volume & recruitment through iconic products are focus:

Ensure Fashion Retail Leaders are engaged and embracing WFJ categories’ role and importance of expressing the house’s singularity, creativity together with Fashion
-
Ensure WFJ category is on the top-of-mind of all Fashion Advisors and integrated into their client journey to complete the silhouette
-
Ensure that Fashion network is equipped with the right talents and capabilities needed on the floor through WFJ experts (i.e. Timepieces and Fine Jewelry specialist)

Ensure that Fashion & WFJ collaboration and synergy are present and working well in all markets of SEAA
In WFJ network, where image & expertise driver through iconic and high-end products are focus:

Further elevate the luxury expression and client experience to showcase the House’s ultimate luxury offer
-
Ensure WFJ Retail Leaders are guided with right targets and KPIs to meet the business ambition and deliver the ultimate luxury house experience to the clients
-
Ensure all WFJ Advisors are equipped with the appropriate level of capabilities and competencies to elevate the legacy of the Brand and deepen the client relationship by introducing more exclusive creations and brand experience
In all distribution network:

Ensure to identify the business opportunities and maximize them to drive growth
-
Ensure that there are clear objectives, KPIs and guidelines to follow and monitor
-
Ensure that the WFJ Retail operation model, Boutique environment, SOP, Retail team organization and supporting systems (learning and development, communication and engagement, compensation and reward, health and safety, etc.) are established to achieve the business ambition and client satisfaction.

Assist the Head of Retail Excellence in ensuring that retail operations are efficient, forward-looking, and adaptable to change.

Ensuring that all retail stakeholders are aligned and staying connected with each other: Global WFJ division, North Asia WFJ / Fashion divisions, SEAA Fashion division, Global / Regional corporate functions (P&O, Finance, TDS, CS, Legal etc.), Markets
Impact You Can Create In The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Retail Excellence, WFJ, SEAA, this role will support in building the strategy and culture of learning for WFJ in close partnership with the Global WFJ L&E team, SEAA WFJ Regional functional teams, SEAA Fashion and HR Retail Learning team, and SEAA markets.
1.
WFJ Retail Learning & Capabilities Development:
Together with Head of Retail Excellence, WFJ SEAA, focus on building WFJ retail foundation and fundamental capability building roadmap anticipating WFJ boutique opening and operational transition.

Focus on establishing the WFJ learning curriculums, capability frame for SEAA markets adopting the WFJ global curriculums, and the existing programs.
-
Ensure WFJ learning curriculums offered to retail staffs are comprehensive and effectively supporting them to achieve high competency level
-
Be the referent in the region on learning-related topics for the WFJ Division. Coordinate and facilitate the discussion with relevant stakeholders, and when needed, be the voice of the markets.

Serve as the dedicated L&D Manager for Singapore by proactively assessing the market’s learning needs, fostering effective collaboration with the retail team, and developing and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy. Additionally, work closely with the Fashion L&D and Retail teams to advance the WFJ Division’s strategic objectives.

Develop and nurture SEAA WFJ expert community to work to elevate overall regional team capabilities to leverage out for regional program roll out or local execution support.

Represent SEAA WFJ divisions needs or learning in Asia L&D committee to create more synergy and collaboration.
2.
WFJ Retail Learning Operation and Innovation:

Support implementing the Inside WFJ (WFJ e Learning) with LMS(Learning Management System) in all markets to structure WFJ learning journey for all markets consistently and systematically, and enable tracking the overall learning investment and learner progress with operational efficiency through the collaboration with WFJ global L&E, SEAA P&O Retail learning team and markets

Monitor the new learning approaches and learner trend in SEAA markets and share the insight with the relevant stakeholders to stimulate the new approach of learning support and drive innovation.
3. Facilitation of Learning & Development initiatives in Singapore

Bridge Local Business Needs and Learning & Development Initiatives
-
Take ownership of planning, implementing, and managing learning and development programs, WFJ certifications, and other initiatives tailored for the local audience.

Deliver Product and Competency Trainings, facilitate engaging and effective product knowledge and competency training sessions for the local retail teams
-
Collaborate with Fashion and Corporate L&D Stakeholders to identify and pursue areas of synergy
4.
WFJ Retail Engagement & Community Build:
Define the regional WFJ retail & learning community engagement strategy and roadmap and establish the platforms to learn and grow together to support WFJ business ambition.
WFJ Learning Community Animation:

Lead the regional L&D community engagement. Always in the know of what is happening in the retail & learning métier, especially WFJ Division priorities and market priorities/needs.

Maximize best practice and learning sharing in the region and between North Asia and SEAA
