About the role:
As a Boutique Supervisor, you support and encourage the Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisors, ensuring the delivery of the ultimate luxury customer experience. You act as a bridge between boutique management and the sales team, supervise daily operations, uphold brand image standards, and facilitate efficient floor activities. You play a key role in coaching, team development, and maintaining high operational standards.
