Job Mission:

Act as business driver, enhance overall customer satisfaction and build competitive advantage by supporting Merchandising strategy, assortment planning, sales forecasts, pricing strategy, core business stock management and supply chain processes of Watches and Fine Jewelry in WFJ, Fashion and Wholesale networks. Ensure the right products are available under the right quantities at the right time and place to seize business opportunity and improved profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

CORE BUSINESS FORECASTS, PRODUCT ASSORTMENT & STOCK MANAGEMENT

  • In charge of Core business merchandising, including stock monitoring, assortments planning, model stock setting and monitoring, stock rebalance and supply chain process enhancements.
  • Conduct monthly sales forecasts and build model stock that are aligned with global directions, local strategy and regional guidelines.
  • Manage and optimize local stock and inventory level by formulating necessary action plans. Monitor closely on MOC (Month of Coverage) to meet APAC target.
  • Develop and monitor Stock KPIs (Forecast accuracy, stock coverage, overstock actions)

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

  • Conduct sales analysis and product performance review to identify star product, slow movers and trends to adjust assortment and strategy accordingly. To build automotive sales tracking files, such as Power BI dashboards.
  • Assist with proactive selling tools, to work closely with VM team to ensure appealing in-boutique display is essential to attract customers and encourage sales and align with Merchandising strategy.
  • Work closely with CRM partner to understand buying pattern and further build client purchase journey and to upgrade client purchase level, to feedback missing assortments from product type and pricing point of view to regional and global team.
  • Conduct competitor watch including novelty launches and pricing monitoring, product knowledge and market trend sharing.
  • Assist with Merchandising projects and drive new initiatives to encourage sales and optimize operation.

PARTNERSHIP WITH RETAIL COMMUNITY

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and initiate actions and feedbacks to answer customer need and market trend.
  • Drive retail performance by identifying merchandising gaps, optimize stock fluidity and seize by network opportunities.
  • Collaborate with and influence Retail community to delivery Merchandising strategy direction and ensure execution.

BUSINESS OPERTAION

  • Cooperate closely with DC team on timely action for import demand, QC priority and maintain product material files.
  • Assist with sales enabler enhancement, including product packaging management, accessory forecast and stocks management.
  • After-sales service enhancement to ensure PJ and Core Watch quality control priority and smooth handling of quality issues to sustain customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Merchandising preferably from a luxury Watch and Jewelry Brand
