We're currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Hexagate team.

Hexagate builds cybersecurity products that protect on-chain and web3 assets. We sit at the intersection of cybersecurity and blockchains—an adversarial space where attacks are constant and response time matters. We’re building a real-time on-chain detection and response platform that combines ML-driven threat intelligence, custom detections, and an LLM-powered rules engine to protect on-chain assets.

What you'll build:

• Real-time pipelines: ingest, normalize, enrich, and route multi-chain activity at high throughput.

• Detection engines: Our internal monitoring language (DSL), statistical/anomaly models, ML models, and threat intelligence

• Response workflows: turn detections into alerts, automations, and integrations (webhooks/SIEM).

• LLM systems: help users translate intent into monitors/workflows and speed up investigations—safely and predictably.

• Production ownership: design → build → deploy → operate. Improve observability, latency, and reliability.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Senior backend experience. You’ve shipped and operated production services.

• Distributed systems experience: reliability, latency, concurrency, backpressure, and idempotency.

• Strong API design and data modeling skills (relational + event-driven).

• High ownership. You drive work end-to-end and care about outcomes.

• Strong collaboration. You communicate clearly and raise the quality bar.

You might also have:

• Web3/blockchain experience/ interest..

• Real-time / streaming data experience.

• Security or fraud domain experience.
