Position Purpose:

Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee the Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management (EPSRM) department's portfolio of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives and manage resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes. Manage and track expenditures for EPSRM initiatives.

• Oversee the management and successful completion of multiple, complex programs and projects in alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets for programs and projects and ensure expenditures are within approved limits.
• Monitor and manage program and project deliverables and financials, including expenses, forecasts, and variances.
• Allocate resources effectively across programs and projects to optimize personnel, budget, and time.
• Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Perform analysis, generate reports, and regularly communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project trends, statuses, financials, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with external partners and cross-enterprise teams as needed for project delivery and management.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the portfolio management framework.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

• 7+ years Related Project Management required.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred.
• CompTIA Project+ Project+ preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification Security+ preferred.
• CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred.
• CSM preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
