Aufgaben

• Telefonische Annahme, Bearbeitung und Eingabe von Kundenaufträgen
• Verarbeitung von Bestellungen via e Shop, Fax oder E-Mail
• Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und aktive Verkaufsförderung (Outbound & Upselling)
• Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamations- und Retourenabwicklung
• Pflege und Neuanlage von Kundenstammdaten
• Professionelle Kundenkorrespondenz und nachhaltige Betreuung
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Prozesse

Anforderungen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Customer Service, idealerweise im Bereich Arzneimittelbestellungen
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Gute SAP/R3-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und hohes Engagement
