The Role:

As a Working Student in Learning Experience Design, you won’t be just "watching from the sidelines." You will be an active producer in our Online Training Team, helping us build high-impact, self-paced learning experiences. This role offers a unique "behind-the-curtain" look at how a decacorn scales its education technology, from AI-driven content to complex global localization.

The work you’ll do:

• Create & Build:

Use our native authoring tools and LMS to build and configure interactive courses that adhere to our "learning stickiness" standards.

• Multimedia Production:

Script and produce "how-to" demos and conceptual videos, ensuring they are sleek, on-brand, and easy to follow.

• Continuous Improvement:

Be the voice of the learner. You’ll analyze feedback data, identify friction points, and implement updates to keep our content world-class.

• Credentialing:

Manage our digital badge ecosystem, ensuring our credentials remain accurate and high-value for the Celonis community.

• Innovation Projects:

Contribute to specialized workstreams, such as AI applications in learning, SEO optimization, and advanced learning analytics.

The qualifications you need:

• Student Status:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Learning Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, or Content Marketing Writing

• Pedagogical Foundation:

You have a firm grasp of adult learning principles and know how to apply them to digital environments.

• Technical Curiosity:

You aren't afraid of the "tech" in Ed Tech. If you don’t already have a basic knowledge of HTML, you’re not afraid to learn it; experience with e Learning authoring tools(like Articulate Rise/Storyline) or video editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere) is a major plus.

• Data-Informed:

You enjoy looking at learner feedback and metrics to figure out what’s working and what isn’t.

• Communication:

Fluent in English (C1+ level) with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging scripts.

• Availability:

Ready to support the team for 16–20 hours per week, for up to 1+ year ideally

• Location:

Must be currently based in or around Munich, Germany, and able to work on-site at our headquarters
