The Team:

The Marketing Database Ops Team, as part of our Global Digital Marketing Team, is helping our Go-To-Market Organization to grow business by managing the integrity, segmentation, and flow of all prospect and customer data to power targeted marketing campaigns and provide clear intelligence to the sales team.

The Role:

Join the Celonis rocketship and help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing tactics. In this role, you will enrich our inbound funnel data and assist in routing prospects to our Business Development Team. This includes connecting the dots when a prospect indicates they are ready to talk to Sales and powering up our ability to segment our database for highly personalized campaigns.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for lead uploads into our Marketing Automation platform and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about the design of a marketing funnel in a high-growth SaaS model, how to use Salesforce for lead management, and how core database hygiene best practices work.

The work you’ll do:

• Manage lead list uploads into our marketing automation platform.
• Support with Salesforce campaign creation.
• Match inbound leads using Salesforce and LinkedIn to ensure clean, actionable data.
• Build reports in Salesforce to track lead flow and database health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors between our marketing and sales systems.
• Support the Marketing Database and Automation teams with daily operational tasks.

The qualifications you need:

• Student or Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Looking to get real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team.
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other sources to complete the profile of our prospects and customers, improving our marketing messaging.
• Driven to learn more about how the marketing and sales data comes together.
• Team player and provide support in several different types of projects to help increase marketing impact on the business.
• Have very good skills in verbal and written English.
• Bring at least 6 months of full-time availability.
