Thanks to the expertise of our specialists and modern tools, we ensure efficient, predictable, and responsible property management throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate assets.The successful candidate will support both our client and dedicated CBRE account team, ensuring all Countries in their portfolio have adequate financial and commercial management, control, and reporting to meet both CBRE and Client requirements.What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with deadlines. Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide insightful commentary.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate corporate forecasts (monthly) and annual budgets for CBRE and client.

  • Manage month-end closing procedures in CBRE and client's ledger, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Line manage a team of Finance Analysts, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure the team has development plans in place.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure revenue recognition and cost recording align with CBRE's accounting standards and commercial agreements.

  • Support the annual audit process.

  • Review and control CBRE and clients PO related to real estate operations

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analyses, or other items based on client or line manager requests.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience on a similar role, experience in team management.

  • Fluent English and Polish.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

  • Proven experience in a complex multinational environment.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as i Scala or Peoplesoft.
