CBRE manages some of Sydney's most prestigious commercial office buildings, and the experience tenants and visitors have begins the moment they walk through the door. We are looking for a polished, warm and naturally service-driven Workplace Experience Concierge to join our onsite team for an upcoming temp engagement, with the real possibility of continued work beyond the initial contract.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely passionate about people, who holds themselves to a high standard, and who knows instinctively what a five-star welcome looks like.

Perfect for a hospitality or hotel professional ready to bring their front-of-house expertise into the corporate property world.

In this role, you will:

• Be the face of a premium Sydney CBD office tower, delivering a warm and professional welcome to tenants, visitors and stakeholders
• Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front-of-house processes with precision and care
• Handle enquiries with confidence, discretion and a consistently positive presence
• Coordinate meeting rooms and shared spaces, ensuring everything is set and ready
• Support building events, activations and day-to-day workplace experience initiatives

About You

You carry yourself with polish and ease in a professional environment. You read the room, stay composed when it gets busy, and take quiet pride in making every interaction feel effortless.

• Background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge services or a premium customer-facing environment
• Immaculately presented with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident managing competing priorities calmly and without fuss
• Available for a temp engagement from August, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm
