About the Role:
As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of employees responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services. You will also assist a client or department with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
Department Role:
1.Facilitate the organizations procurement requirements as follows.
-
Capex Procurement - spend value of over Rs. 100 Cr
-
Lease Enabling Procurement – spend value of over Rs. 10-15 Cr
-
IT, Admin , HR & Marketing procurement – Spend value of Rs. 15 Cr
2.Invoice processing for the above procurement needs.
3.Budget tracking & Budget Controls (This was there before SAP, after SAP Development Team has control over Budgets)
Job Description:
Managing below mentioned tasks for the organisation,
· Pre-qualification of bidders
· Tendering process
· Contract Formulation
· Certificate of Payment preparation
· Budget Tracking & Control (This was there before SAP, after SAP development Team has control over budget)
. Processing POs , Vendor registration, Service Master, material master in SAP
. Preparing and tracking MIS reports (if needed) timely for PR, POs, Budget vs Actuals.
. Preparing Contract agreements for Contractors, suppliers, Engagement letter agreements for Admin, HR , Marketing Vendors
